I understand how stressful the HESI exam can be. I used to get really anxious too but what helped me most was reminding myself not to panic and to trust my preparation and the process. One big thing I learned is that getting proper sleep the night before the exam makes a huge difference. It helps your brain stay alert and focused and I also found HESI exam help resources really useful they gave me a clear idea of what to expect and made me feel more prepared, which lowered my anxiety. Once I started using those tools I felt more confident walking into the test room. My advice is to stay calm, study with focus and use helpful resources like HESI exam help to guide your preparation.
