I connected the power cable and turned on the printer. The screen came on and asked me to select my language and set the date and time, which I completed without any problem.</span>

Everything seemed fine up until this point. The problem started when I tried to connect the printer to my Wi-Fi. It keeps searching for available networks, but it doesn&rsquo;t connect even after I enter my Wi-Fi password. It just shows a &ldquo;connection failed&rdquo; message.</span>
