I’ve always trained in bigger gyms, but lately I’ve been considering switching to a personal training studio for a more focused experience. I like the idea of smaller spaces where trainers actually get to know your goals.
Since my main focus is strength training Santa Monica style—squats, deadlifts, progressive overload—I want to make sure a studio can actually support that. I’ve noticed many studios lean toward bootcamp or circuit-style workouts, which isn’t exactly what I need.
Does anyone know if there are personal training studios in Santa Monica that really prioritize strength programming?
