Hello everyone! I need some advice on nike running shoes because I want to upgrade my exercise equipment. It's becoming difficult for me to decide which of the many models I've viewed online are truly worthwhile for everyday runs. How are the overall performance, comfort, and durability of any Nike running shoes that you have personally used? Are they more suitable for short jogs or do they hold up well over longer distances? Is the cushioning as good as folks claim? Before I buy anything, I'd love to learn about your actual experiences. Any suggestions, advantages and disadvantages, or models to stay away from would be very beneficial!
