We have been recruiting my team very slowly, but in all honesty, the first employee is the most difficult to recruit. It becomes easier once you get over that. My initial employee was a virtual assistant. There was an attempt numerous times before but it failed miserably. We were scrolling through job boards and texting individuals on social media. Some of them just barely made it, perhaps because we were not ready to relinquish control.
