<p data-start="1824" data-end="2030">There are so many ATS tools available in the market, and it&rsquo;s honestly confusing to choose the right one. I&rsquo;m trying to understand what features really matter in an Applicant Tracking System.

<p data-start="2032" data-end="2216">Some common features I&rsquo;ve come across include resume parsing, job posting, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and analytics. But I&rsquo;m sure not all features are equally important.
