I’ve been noticingbloating and back pain after almost every heavy meal. My stomach feels full, tight, and uncomfortable, and then my lower back starts aching.

I’m trying to understand what could be causing this. Is it just gas and indigestion, or can bloating and back pain also be linked to food intolerance or gut inflammation?

If anyone has experienced bloating and back pain regularly, what helped you figure out the root cause?
