In ARC Raiders, attachment choices actually matter more than most players think—especially when you start fine-tuning recoil control and bullet spread for mid-to-late game fights. Two of the most commonly compared early-game muzzle attachments are Muzzle Brake I and Compensator I, and the difference isn’t just “feel”—it’s mechanical.

With Compensator I, your aim might bounce a bit more, but shots land closer to the center of your reticle.

Muzzle Brake: ~60–65% hit consistency during spray
Compensator: ~70–80% hit consistency at the same range

By mid-game, players start stacking weapon mods and perks, and recoil becomes easier to manage manually. That’s why many experienced players shift away from recoil-focused attachments.

Both attachments are useful, but they solve different problems:
