I’m trying to keep track of the work, estimated costs, cleanup, and any extra tasks without making things too complicated. Do you have a simple system or format that works well for these kinds of jobs?

I usually try to keep the details in one place, especially when a job involves several trees or different types of work. Having the work and costs laid out beforehand makes things much easier to follow. I recently started using a tree estimate template for this, and it has made organizing jobs a lot simpler.
