I sat for the Exin ISMP exam two weeks ago. The syllabus covers topics such as information security approaches, risk management, and information security controls based on ISO/IEC 27001 standards. I started studying from the official EXIN study guide, but I needed something more concise and easier to understand so I could quickly prepare and answer questions.. While searching online for ISMP practice questions, I came across ITExamsTopics and grabbed their PDF version to work through alongside my notes.

What helped most was how the exam-style questions were framed in the PDF they showed how the real exam tests your understanding instead of just memorization. Since information security controls makes up 60% of the test, I focused heavily on those practice questions first covering organizational controls at 20%, technological controls at 20%, and physical and people controls at 20%. Then I worked through risk management at 30% covering principles, control risks, and residual risks, and information security perspectives at 10% covering business interest, customer governance, and supplier responsibilities. I went through multiple rounds of real exam questions and sample questions before my exam date. If you're prepping for ISMP, try their free demo first, then grab ITExamsTopics PDF version for actual exam questions.
