I’ve been comparing different reward options for puppy training and wondering what other pet owners look for when choosing treats. For me, small portions, simple ingredients, and an appealing taste seem important because puppies may receive several rewards during a training session. The best training treats for puppies should also be easy to break into smaller pieces so training doesn’t lead to excessive treat intake. Ugly Chews shares helpful guidance on selecting treats that can support positive training and healthy puppy development. Their approach focuses on straightforward ingredients and suitable treat choices for growing dogs. What treats have worked well for your puppy during basic commands, house training, or socialization? Do you prefer soft treats, freeze-dried options, or small natural chews? I’d be interested to hear what other puppy owners recommend.
