I am auditing our drug policy, and I will be grateful to learn how others handle it in their facilities. In my organization, we have considered drug awareness training as a way of ensuring our employees know about the safety of handling the drugs and documenting them. Has anybody out there conducted a training program that has proved successful in terms of error reduction, or was it only a paper work? How often is this training carried out, and how are they assessed afterwards?
