When sourcing factory network solutions, request itemized RFQs and compare quotations using consistent scope (ports, interfaces, power, and rack/cabinet needs), pricing basis (unit, bulk, and lead-time), and total spare-parts pricing. Shortlist suppliers using the same evaluation matrix, then confirm order requirements in writing: factory network solutions.
