Hi everyone
Lately, I’ve been getting more interested in group fitness classes — not just for workouts, but for the energy and accountability. I recently joined a program atThe Olympus Projects in Manchester. They run themed classes based on Greek mythology, like Herculean Trials and Aphrodite’s Quest, with structured 8–12 week plans.
It really made me think: how much better we stick to things when there’s a story or structure behind them — rather than random workouts with no direction.
I’d love to know: do you prefer solo training, group classes, or something different? What motivates you to keep going week after week?
