Hi everyone,
I’ve got a Navacool wall-mounted split AC unit (model NV-S12) installed in a small office space, and recently it started displaying an E4 error code on the indoor unit. The unit still powers on, but the cooling shuts off shortly after startup.
I’ve tried basic steps like resetting the system and cleaning the filters, but no luck so far. The manual doesn’t go into much detail about this specific error.
Does anyone know exactly what the E4 code refers to on this model? Could it be related to the compressor, refrigerant levels, or maybe a sensor issue?
Appreciate any insight or experience—just trying to figure out whether this is a DIY fix or something I should call a technician for.
